These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gajbee platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document.

The following six principles summarise the most important commitments that gajbee makes to every player, and the obligations every player accepts when using this platform.
Eligibility & Age Verification
All players must be aged 18 or above and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. gajbee enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets are processed within 30 minutes, subject to account verification status.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met. Full details are published on each promotion page.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. gajbee will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
gajbee provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to help players stay in control. Players who need support are encouraged to use these tools or contact the support team at any time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the gajbee website, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read this document in its entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and gajbee (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
gajbee provides its services exclusively to individuals accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with gajbee's services is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use gajbee's paid services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification codes.
Eligibility requirements are as follows:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. gajbee is strictly an 18+ platform and takes underage gambling prevention seriously.
- You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gajbee employee where such employment creates a conflict of interest with fair play.
- You may only hold one account on gajbee. Creating duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts to circumvent a suspension, claim duplicate bonuses, or engage in any other prohibited behaviour is a material breach of these terms.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Players are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. gajbee will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gajbee support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on gajbee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gajbee does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Players are responsible for checking the fee schedule of their chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank direct transfer. Additional methods may be introduced from time to time; the current list is always available in the cashier section of your account.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in the cashier for your chosen payment method and account tier.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
- Withdrawal processing time: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gajbee reserves the right to reverse a deposit and close an account if it determines that a payment was made from a third-party account. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the compliance team approves an alternative route in writing.
Players may not deposit funds with the intent to withdraw them without engaging in genuine gambling activity. Where gajbee determines that deposits are made solely to conduct funds transfer operations through the platform's payment infrastructure, the account will be suspended and all pending withdrawals reviewed before release.
4. Bonus & Promotions Policy
gajbee offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special cricket tournament promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the individual promotion page at the time the promotion is active.
General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions:
- Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only. Accounts with unresolved identity verification requests are not eligible to receive or activate bonus funds.
- Each bonus has a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement), expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
- Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute 10%–20%. Some games may contribute 0% and do not count toward wagering at all.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings accrued from that bonus are forfeited.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus before the current one is completed will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus balance.
- The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Players who close and reopen accounts, or who create duplicate accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, are engaging in bonus abuse.
gajbee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the promotion is being exploited or where operational circumstances require it. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already deposited to claim it, gajbee will return the qualifying deposit to the player's account balance.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Players using the gajbee platform agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the standards of fair play and good faith. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods; misrepresenting identity for any purpose.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market. This includes sharing information during live dealer table games or coordinating bets to exploit handicap markets.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with gajbee's platform on your behalf without real-time human input. This applies to all game types including slots, live casino, and crash games.
- Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms or markets in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting promotional odds or free bet offers.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting gajbee support to resolve the matter directly. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.
- Hacking and Manipulation: Any attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise gajbee's software, servers, game engines, or RNG systems.
- Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at gajbee support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
gajbee reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, reversal of withdrawals pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the gajbee platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, iconography, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gajbee or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gajbee platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gajbee content without prior written permission.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on gajbee's proprietary content.
- Use gajbee's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written consent.
- Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the gajbee platform using automated tools.
Game content (including slot titles, live casino interfaces, and crash game mechanics) is provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Any unauthorised reproduction of game assets is a breach of those studios' rights as well as these Terms & Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
gajbee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gajbee takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability, availability, and accuracy, it makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gajbee shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of funds or profits resulting from technical errors, connection failures, game interruptions, or software malfunctions, except where such losses are directly caused by gajbee's proven negligence.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage.
- Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform that is later found to be inaccurate, including odds, game statistics, or promotional descriptions.
- Any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your use of the gajbee platform or any content downloaded from it.
In any event where gajbee is found liable despite the foregoing limitations, the maximum aggregate liability of gajbee to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Players may close their gajbee account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, gajbee will confirm your identity and ensure that any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or open bonus balances are resolved.
Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your primary payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
gajbee may suspend or permanently close an account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to pass age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is issued.
- Detection of prohibited conduct including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or automated play.
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a player's payment provider.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
- Risk management decisions made at the discretion of gajbee's compliance team, including — but not limited to — unusual betting patterns, high-volume activity inconsistent with personal entertainment use, or indicators of problem gambling that require intervention.
Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, gajbee will notify the player by email and provide an opportunity to respond within 14 calendar days. If no satisfactory response is received, the account will be permanently closed. In cases of confirmed fraud, gajbee reserves the right to close the account immediately and without prior notice, and to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the principles of applicable international online gaming law. Any dispute arising between a player and gajbee that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. gajbee commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 21 calendar days.
